BIOGRAPHY

Assoc. Prof. Sr Dr. Ruhizal Roosli is a professional building surveyor; consultant; lecturer; and researcher for more than 25 years. He was appointed as a Post-Doctoral Fellow of the Ministry of Higher Education at the School of Arts and Social Sciences, Monash University in 2018. RESEARCH INTERESTS

Research in the areas of development planning; housing studies; disaster management; and post-disaster reconstruction in normal and emergency situation, addressing sustainable development and climate change challenges. He is active in implementing Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) practices and a registered professional member with the ESG Malaysia. He teaches mixed approaches and application of quantitative & qualitative research methods.
