BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Safiah is a lecturer, a researcher and also actively involved in curriculum innovation, incorporating Project-Based Learning (PBL) and real-time systems into avionics and aerospace engineering education. RESEARCH INTERESTS

Micro-UAV Detection & Classification Low-RCS detection using micro-Doppler signatures and signal processing for drone surveillance. Radar Systems Design of compact FMCW radar for real-time UAV tracking and target characterization. Avionic Systems Embedded systems and sensor integration for autonomous control and system diagnostics. Air Traffic Management Intelligent technologies for UAV traffic monitoring, collision avoidance, and compliance.
