BIOGRAPHY

Selvakumar Mariappan received his B. Eng. Tech. Degree (Hons.) in Electrical Engineering Technology from Technical University of Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) in 2017. Continuing his academic pursuit, Selvakumar completed his Ph.D. in Microelectronics System Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2022, showcasing a deep commitment to advanced research and knowledge acquisition.

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Primary interests lie in RFIC design, analog circuit design, and radio frequency energy harvesting (RFEH), with a focus on developing innovative and efficient solutions for modern communication systems and energy-efficient devices. I am passionate about advancing the field of microelectronics, particularly in designing high-performance RF and analog integrated circuits that cater to cutting-edge applications like 5G and IoT.
