BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Hussein Ali Mohammed Shutari is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and specializes in power electronics, renewable energy, electric vehicles, and smart grids. His work focuses on applying optimization and AI to sustainable energy systems, and he has published widely in leading journals and conferences.
