BIOGRAPHY

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Siti Rohaida Mohamad Zainal is Deputy Dean of Student Affairs and Alumni at USM's School of Management. She teaches Strategic HRM, HR Analytics, and Leadership, and is active in research on Leadership, Competency Development and Career Strategies. A recipient of national grants, she is also a speaker, researcher for government agencies, and committed to community outreach and youth development.

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Dr. Siti Rohaida’s research interests include leadership development, career management strategies, people management strategies, strategic human resource management, and organisational behaviour. Her work focuses on enhancing leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and strategic talent development within both public and private sector organizations.
