Dr. Syafizal Shahruddin is a researcher in digital transformation and the built environment, focusing on BIM, Construction 4.0 and 5.0, leadership styles, identity, and change management. His qualitative work explores how professionals adapt to technological shifts while maintaining human-centric values. He advocates for leadership models that support innovation, resilience, and inclusive growth in the construction sector.
