Dr. Zafirah is passionate about foodservice management, with experience in school nutrition policy, hospital meal-patient-centered care, and commercial foodservice. She advocates for halal assurance, sustainable management practices, and organizational efficiency. Her work integrates nutrition science, ethical standards, and policy to improve meal quality, health outcomes, and system sustainability.
