BIOGRAPHY
Director & Associate Professor at INOR. Senior Photolithography Engineer at SilTerra and Senior R&D Engineer (Sputtering) at Fuji Electric for 8 years, before academia. A Professional Technologist (Ts.) in Green Technology and a certified TTT by HRD Corporation. Trained >300 managers and engineers of First Solar, Maxeon/SunPower, Hanwha Q Cells on solar cell device physics, and Infineon and Intel on semiconductor physics & fabrication processes.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Advanced Photovoltaic Materials & Devices: Next-generation PV materials and devices, with emphasis on III-nitride photovoltaics, radiation-resilient materials and devices for space applications, and advanced III-nitride/Si PV architectures. The research integrates simulation (via Ray Tracing, RayFlare, SCAPS-1D, PC1D etc.) and experimental approaches, including TCOs and ARC materials for advanced PV and semiconductor optoelectronic devices.
