BIOGRAPHY
An Associate Professor and consultant pathologist, earned her medical degree from USM in 2002 and completed her specialty training in Anatomic Pathology in 2011. In 2015, she undertook subspecialty training in breast and endocrine pathology in Queensland, Australia, and later attended the Advanced Diagnostic Histopathology of Breast Disease at Imperial College London in 2019. She currently serves as the head of Cancer Research & Oncology USM.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Currently, she is the head of Cancer Research and Oncology Cluster at Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her research focuses on cancer prevention, early detection, biomarker discovery, and personalized oncology, with a particular emphasis on breast cancer.
