My interest lies in the area of consumer psychology to explain various marketing communication and consumption phenomena, ranging from consumers’ knowledge, perception, mental states, attitude, emotions, behaviour to self-related reflections (e.g. brand identity, brand personality, heritage and community). In recent years, I have indulged in incorporating psychology research in heritage tourism and local community participation in tourism
